Help feed some shelter dogs this week

Pedigree Foundation is going to be donating 20 lbs of food to help feed shelter dogs for each blog which posts a mention of their project for the next week or so. It takes a minute or two and it’s a great cause, they’re trying to raise awareness of all the dogs who end up in shelters each year. You can participate by blogging a mention of Pedigree Foundation and then submitting the permalink for your post here. Yes, I suspended (e)EAVSHARES - here’s why

I just suspended the (e)EAVSHARES account, now I’m about to bring it back WTF?!? you may well be thinking… I felt like there was a valid reason to do this. I don’t do a lot of social media activity, I’m on Empire Avenue more to do the game itself and to network with people in FB groups and on Tweetchats than to be a big dividend producer + I have several accounts which I’m working with. I figure if I work at it, I can achieve a decent social media production rate on one account without resorting to spamming or making up content for content’s sake or reblogging Tumblr pics, etc. So, I’ve made the choice to make that one account the (e)DOMINOORACLE account for a few reasons - 1.) it’s the listed cohost for Tweetchats 2.) it can buy 500 shares and has a larger portfolio 3.) more wealth and daily spending power 4.) higher share price 5.) it doesn’t have a “mission” and community to be responsible for.

I felt like the loyal shareholders on (e)EAVSHARES deserved better than the daily yield I was giving them, since I was doing little social media production with the attached social networks. So, you all got a full refund at a pretty good share price, which I hope you’ll use to invest in people who produce quality content on Empire Avenue, regardless of their “yield” since you certainly weren’t getting much from (e)EAVSHARES The website, the profile, the networks, the community all will still be here, I just don’t have time to focus on building them up right now. If anyone wants to contribute content to any of those networks, I’d be open to that possibility. Now, I feel freer to invest the capital from the (e)EAVSHARES account in different ways than my focus has been. I hope this all makes sense. If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask me.
